Building Appliance Rules Public Learning Session
Join the Air District on Tuesday, October 22 from 6:00 PM - 7:30PM for a virtual public learning session to hear updates regarding Rule 9-6 and Rule 9-4, commonly referred to as "Zero Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) Building Appliance Rules." In this meeting, Air District staff will provide an overview of the amended rules, a high-level overview of the work of the Implementation Working Group, and provide significant time for questions from the public. Air District staff want to ensure a fair and equitable virtual experience and provide opportunities for all interested parties to participate.
